Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your items within 10-28 days from your order being placed on our website. However on the very rare occasion, items may be delayed than expected due to delivery circumstances outside of our control. Therefore we cannot and do not make any guarantee that we will deliver your items within this time.

Unless we give You prior notice by email that your order will be expected to be delayed, if your order is not delivered within 31 days from the time of order being placed online, we will give You one item free (the lowest retail priced item) at no cost to You and refund this item ordered. Or You can request for a full refund. 

We do deliver internationally, so delivery times will vary from each country. However we will try to ensure that your order will be delivered by our chosen local couriers within the specified delivery period between 10-28 days.


Eligibility for Refund

In the unlikely event that You have not received your order at all, You will be entitled to a full refund subject to our delivery verification that can take up to 10 working days.

Our delivery verification simply checks to see if the order has been correctly dispatched and sent to You by our chosen local couriers.

If You have only received part of your order or items are missing from your order, then You can request for a partial refund of the total order value not being delivered to You.

In the first instance of receiving your notification of a missing item, we will attempt to send You the missing item at no additional delivery cost and within 14 days from your notification of the missing item. You also have the option to request for a part refund on the item You have not received or a full refund.

If You request for a full refund on any item not being delivered, we will refund the money back to You on condition that You return any received items within 14 days from You receiving your order. We will pay your refund to your bank or payment account immediately once we have received all the returned items and have checked the condition of the returned items. All items being returned should be undamaged and in salable condition to be eligible for a refund. 

No refunds will be given for any items being returned to us damaged or not in the same saleable condition from the point of shipment. This will be based at our sole discretion, and no refund will be given if we consider that the returned items are not suitable to be resold.

It is your responsibility to make sure that refund items are packaged and returned correctly to ensure we can successfully pay your eligible refund.
